HeartPath Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates CoParentSync, a co-parenting organization and record-keeping platform.

Co-Parenting Records

Payment and Subscription Information

We do not directly collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment details.

For iOS users, subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status, but we do not receive or store your full Apple payment details.

For web users, payments may be processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy and security practices. We may receive subscription status, plan type, renewal status, and payment confirmation information.

• Create and manage user accounts.

• Authenticate users and secure accounts.

With Connected Co-Parents or Invited Users

Some information you enter may be shared with a connected co-parent or invited user as part of the Service’s intended functionality.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate the Service, such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, customer support tools, email providers, app store services, and subscription management tools.

These providers are only permitted to access information as necessary to provide services to us.

For Legal or Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent misuse of the Service.

Business Transfers

Because CoParentSync is designed for co-parenting recordkeeping, certain shared records may not be immediately deleted if they are connected to another user account, required for account integrity, subject to legal obligations, or necessary to preserve the functionality of shared records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access information we maintain about you.

• Request correction of inaccurate information.

• Request deletion of certain information.

• Request a copy or export of certain information.

You may update certain account information within the app. You may also contact us at support@heartpathholdings.com for privacy-related requests.

You may request deletion of your account or use available in-app account deletion tools if provided.

Deleting your account may remove or deactivate certain personal information associated with your account. However, some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, preserve shared record functionality, or support legitimate business purposes.

9. Children’s Information

CoParentSync is intended for use by adults who are managing co-parenting responsibilities. Children are not permitted to create accounts or directly use the Service.

Parents or guardians may choose to enter information about children, such as names, schedules, school information, medical information, emergency contacts, or other child-related details.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, please contact us at support@heartpathholdings.com.

10. Communications

We may send you service-related communications, including account notices, subscription notices, security alerts, support messages, and important updates.

You may be able to adjust certain communication preferences within the app. Some service-related or security-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of optional communications.

CoParentSync may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Stripe, hosting providers, authentication providers, and other operational tools.

These third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services.

12. Legal and Court-Related Use

CoParentSync may help users organize records, messages, logs, notes, documents, and exports that they may choose to use for personal documentation or legal discussions.

CoParentSync does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any record, report, message, call log, document, or export will be accepted or admitted in court. Legal decisions are made by courts and other appropriate authorities.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of CoParentSync after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
