CrewPad: Crash Pad Finder (“CrewPad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by HeartPath Holdings LLC. CrewPad is designed to help aviation crew members and crash pad hosts connect regarding crash pad housing, room availability, lodging information, and related communication.

CrewPad is intended to process app subscriptions or digital access payments only. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, CrewPad does not act as an escrow service, landlord, property manager, rental payment processor, leasing agent, real estate broker, or financial intermediary for rent, deposits, security deposits, or housing payments between users.

CrewPad does not own, inspect, manage, guarantee, or verify every property, listing, host, guest, rental arrangement, payment arrangement, housing condition, neighborhood, transportation option, or user identity.
Users are responsible for evaluating listings, communicating directly, following applicable laws, confirming housing details, reviewing any rental terms, and making their own decisions before entering into any housing, payment, or lodging arrangement.

With Other Users
Information you choose to include in a listing, profile, inquiry, message, or communication may be visible to other users as part of the app’s intended functionality.
With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate CrewPad, such as hosting providers, payment processors, subscription management tools, analytics providers, email providers, customer support tools, app store services, authentication providers, and security providers.
