1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrewPad: Crash Pad Finder (“CrewPad,” the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by HeartPath Holdings LLC.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, posting a listing, communicating with another user, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using CrewPad, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use CrewPad.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CrewPad is a software platform designed to help aviation crew members, crash pad hosts, and related users discover, post, manage, and communicate about crash pad housing options.
CrewPad may include features such as:
Crash pad listing search
Host or property profiles
Room availability details
Listing photos and descriptions
General location or airport-area search
User inquiries or messaging
Subscription-based access
Account and listing management tools
CrewPad is a listing, discovery, and communication platform. CrewPad does not own, lease, manage, inspect, verify, or guarantee crash pad properties or rental arrangements.
3. Housing and Listing Disclaimer
CrewPad does not act as a landlord, property manager, leasing agent, real estate broker, escrow service, rental payment processor, housing provider, employer, or guarantor.
Users are responsible for verifying listing details, communicating directly, reviewing any rental or lodging terms, following applicable laws, and making their own decisions before entering into any housing, rental, payment, deposit, or lodging arrangement.
CrewPad does not guarantee:
The accuracy of listings
The availability of rooms or beds
The condition, safety, cleanliness, legality, or suitability of any property
The identity, reliability, or conduct of any user
That any rental, payment, or housing arrangement will be completed
That a listing complies with local laws, lease terms, HOA rules, employment rules, zoning requirements, tax requirements, or other obligations
Users should use caution, conduct their own due diligence, and avoid sending money or personal information until they are comfortable with the arrangement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, profile, listing, or inquiry.
You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized users, impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use CrewPad for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
5. User Listings and Content
CrewPad may allow users to submit listings, photos, descriptions, availability details, pricing details, contact preferences, messages, reviews, or other content.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate any law, third-party rights, lease agreement, employment obligation, housing rule, privacy right, intellectual property right, or these Terms.
You agree not to post content that is:
False, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
Discriminatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful
Illegal or promoting illegal activity
Invasive of privacy
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Sexually explicit or inappropriate
Spam, scam, or phishing content
Unsafe, exploitative, or harmful
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable any content or account that we believe violates these Terms or may create risk for users, CrewPad, or HeartPath Holdings LLC.
6. Communications Between Users
CrewPad may provide tools that allow users to communicate about listings, availability, questions, or other crash pad-related matters.
You are responsible for your communications with other users. You agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully.
CrewPad is not responsible for the conduct, statements, agreements, payments, actions, or omissions of users.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
CrewPad may offer subscription-based access to some or all features.
For iOS users, subscriptions may be purchased through Apple’s App Store using Apple In-App Purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
For web users, subscriptions or digital access purchases may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
CrewPad does not directly store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment details.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, payments made through CrewPad are for app subscriptions or digital access only. CrewPad does not process rent, deposits, security deposits, escrow funds, landlord payments, host payments, tenant payments, or property management payments between users.
Refunds for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Web payment refund requests may be handled by the applicable payment processor or by contacting support@heartpathholdings.com.
We may update subscription pricing, plans, features, or availability in the future. Any required notice will be provided through the applicable platform or within the Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use CrewPad for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
Post false or misleading listings
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against another user
Violate housing, employment, aviation, lease, HOA, zoning, tax, or other applicable laws or rules
Attempt to collect sensitive information from users through deception
Use CrewPad to conduct scams, phishing, spam, or unauthorized advertising
Upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, property ownership, listing authority, or availability
Violation of these Terms may result in removal of content, suspension of features, termination of your account, or other action we consider appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
CrewPad, including its software, design, name, logo, branding, features, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by HeartPath Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CrewPad unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
You retain ownership of content you submit to CrewPad. By submitting content, you grant HeartPath Holdings LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and use that content as necessary to operate, provide, promote, improve, and support the Service.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
CrewPad may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, maps, analytics, authentication services, email providers, and other tools.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Account Cancellation and Termination
You may stop using CrewPad at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting:
If you purchased a subscription through Apple, deleting your CrewPad account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
If you purchased through the web, cancellation may be handled through your web account, Stripe, or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove listings, restrict access, or take other action if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Service, failed to pay required fees, or if required by law.
12. No Guarantee of Availability or Results
We do not guarantee that CrewPad will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not guarantee that any user will find housing, fill a room, receive inquiries, complete a rental arrangement, or achieve any particular result from using CrewPad.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
CrewPad is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartPath Holdings LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, safety, and suitability of listings or housing options.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartPath Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, housing opportunities, travel arrangements, rent, deposits, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use CrewPad.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to CrewPad shall not exceed the amount you paid to CrewPad during the 12 months before the claim arose.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HeartPath Holdings LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
Your use or misuse of CrewPad
Your listings, content, messages, or communications
Your housing, rental, payment, or lodging arrangements with other users
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law, rule, regulation, contract, lease, employment policy, HOA rule, or third-party right
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of CrewPad after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
