CrewPad is a mobile marketplace purpose-built for airline crew housing — crash pads, overnight pads, and dedicated beds near every major airport base. Instead of relying on word-of-mouth, scattered Facebook groups, or generic rental sites that don't understand crew life, CrewPad brings every option into one clean, searchable app. Browse by airport code, filter by bed type (hot bed or cold bed), room type, price, amenities, and crew verification status — then book instantly or request a stay, all from your phone.

Active airline crew members — pilots and flight attendants who need reliable, affordable, flexible places to rest near their base airport without signing a year-long lease or paying hotel rates every night.
Crew hosts — current or former airline crew who have a pad near their base and want to earn income from empty beds by hosting fellow crew members who understand the lifestyle: odd hours, quick turnarounds, and the need for quiet, blackout-ready sleep.
How do Crew members use it?
Create a free account and verify your crew status with your airline email — this unlocks the full marketplace and builds trust with hosts.
Search by airport code (JFK, DFW, ATL, ORD, and more) and filter by check-in dates, bed type, price, and amenities like shuttle, parking, laundry, blackout curtains, and 24/7 access.
Message hosts directly in-app to ask questions before you book.
Book instantly or request a stay — pay securely through the app, view your trip calendar, and sync bookings to your personal calendar.
Save favorites so your go-to pads are one tap away next time your schedule changes.
Leave reviews after your stay to help other crew members find the best pads.
How do Hosts use it?
List your pad for free — add photos, set your airport code, bed type (hot/cold), room type, nightly/weekly/monthly pricing, amenities, house rules, and a local guide (nearby gyms, grocery, shuttle, food).
Get verified as crew to build trust and attract more bookings.
Receive booking requests or enable instant booking for auto-confirmed stays.
Chat with guests in-app before they arrive.
Track earnings on your host dashboard — see occupancy, upcoming check-ins, and revenue.
Get paid securely via Stripe Connect, with payouts released 24 hours after check-in.
Pricing & Fees
For Crew Members (Guests):
Free to create an account and browse all listings
You pay only the listing price set by the host (nightly, weekly, or monthly rates)
A small platform fee may apply at checkout — clearly shown before you confirm
For Hosts:
Free to list your pad — no upfront cost
10% platform commission on each completed booking — that's it, no hidden monthly fees
Keep 90% of every booking, paid out to your bank via Stripe Connect
Payouts are released 24 hours after your guest checks in
Cancellation Policies (set by each host):
Flexible — Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in
Moderate — Full refund up to 5 days before check-in
Strict — 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
